What data do we process?

When you fill in the contact form, we process your name, business email address, company name, the subject, your message and (optionally) your phone number. If you email us, we process the data in your email.

Why do we process this data?

Solely to answer your question and, if you wish, to schedule an introductory call. The legal basis is your request for contact (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. We do not use your data for newsletters without your separate consent.

Where is the data stored?

Requests are stored in our own content management system on a server in the European Union and are only accessible to staff who handle your request. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server. We do not share data with advertising services.

Visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and how the site is used. To do so, Google processes a pseudonymous visitor ID, the page path, the referring site and technical data about your browser and device; IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. How long do we keep it?

We keep requests no longer than necessary to handle them and for any subsequent collaboration.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data via info@kantex.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
